United 4 Safety is hosting a free two-day training seminars for advocates who work with domestic and sexual violence survivors. The two-day seminar will provide training on supporting gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and intersex survivors in a culturally competent, sensitive manner. The seminar will address cultural issues, language, homophobia, obstacles to support and economic empowerment.
